SECTION 1 – Description of Services
The Company facilitates online computer science education and Sustainable Development services to children. We aim at providing lessons on programming and coding languages to the Child. The concept is to create a virtual classroom, which helps the Child to learn without any restrictions on time and place.
The Company will have its sets of modules according to which the Child is expected to complete their levels. The Company has tutors who will be assisting the Child with their modules.
However, for accessing the Services, the Child or You may have to create an account and disclose (“Personal Information”) including, but not limited to, (i) name, e-mail ID, photograph, location and other contact information (ii) gender and other demographics (iii) birth date and year to validate the current age of the Child (iv) email address of Child’s parent or guardian to acquire the parental consent.
SECTION 2 – YOUR ACCOUNT
You will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account, password, and restricting access to your computer, and you hereby accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You acknowledge that the information you provide, in any manner whatsoever, are not confidential or proprietary and does not infringe any rights of a third party.
If you are accessing, browsing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf; you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to all the terms and conditions herein. In the event that the person refuses to be bound as the principal to the Terms of Use, you agree to accept liability for any harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site resulting from such access or use of the Site.

You hereby agree that you will treat all users including instructors and other students with respect and not misuse the platform and not disrupt the smooth functioning of the classes. You agree that you will not disrupt any legitimate business transactions. You agree not to abuse or make threat or use obscenities through the platform. You hereby agree not to discuss matters other than those directly related to the courses you signed up. You shall also ensure that other party (students or instructor) shall not involve in sharing or transmitting abusive content of any kind. You agree to immediately report any such misuse to us at [email protected]. You also agree that CodeTots will not be responsible for such misuse of the platform by either party involved.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
